Information we collect
- Contact details you provide (e.g., email, name) when you use our forms.
- Context you provide in a message (e.g., drug name, insurer type).
- Technical basics: IP address, device/browser information, and referrer (used for security, analytics, and abuse prevention).
- Usage data: pages or links you interact with on SaveRx.ai (to improve our site).
We do not collect health records. Do not share protected health information (PHI) beyond what is necessary to ask your question.
Enrollment help intake (early access)
If you request savings-program enrollment help via our intake form, we additionally collect: the medication you selected, your insurance category (e.g., commercial, Medicare, uninsured — never your member ID or plan documents), whether you have a prescription, the main difficulty you're experiencing, your service preference, your email, and (optionally) your mobile number. We collect this only with your explicit consent, use it solely to provide the enrollment help you requested and to improve the service, and never sell it. This is consumer health information; we intentionally do not request names, dates of birth, insurance member IDs, income details, or diagnoses. Enrollment intake records are retained for up to 12 months, then deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see “Your privacy choices” below).
How we use your information

- To operate, secure, and improve SaveRx.ai.
- To prevent spam/abuse and maintain service integrity.
- With your opt-in, to send updates such as a newsletter (you can unsubscribe anytime).
How we share information
We don’t sell your data. We may share limited information with:
- Service providers (e.g., hosting, email delivery, analytics) under contract to process data on our behalf.
- Legal reasons (e.g., comply with law, protect rights, prevent fraud).
Data retention & security
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose we collected it, unless a longer retention period is required by law. We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data; no method is 100% secure.
